3. Proposals & Pricing

Written proposals and quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are tailored to the agreed scope of works. Adjustments to scope may result in revised pricing.

All pricing will be confirmed in writing and will clearly state whether VAT applies.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required prior to commencement of works.

Payment milestones will be set out in advance and linked to project progress.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may incur interest at the statutory rate.

Ensure access to the property at agreed times.

Obtain relevant permissions, approvals, or consents (unless we are contracted to handle this on your behalf).

7. Delays & Variations

While we make every effort to adhere to agreed timelines, certain circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, supply shortages, or third-party issues) may cause delays. We will communicate such changes promptly.

Where variations are requested or required, we will provide a revised scope and cost for approval before proceeding.

We are not liable for existing defects or conditions within your property that are outside the agreed works.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.

9. Warranties & Aftercare

All workmanship is covered by a Provolve Solutions quality guarantee for a period specified in your contract.

Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products and will be passed on to you where applicable.
